Report card

Offense: D-minus

The only thing saving the Hawks from a complete failing grade is their recent grueling schedule. They scored just 12 second-quarter and 37 first-half points. No starter had more than 10 points.

Defense: D-minus

Again with an acknowledgement of the schedule, the Hawks couldn’t contain the Spurs. The game was essentially over in the second quarter when the Spurs went on runs of 18-2 and 11-1. Kawhi Leonard finished with 22 points and had 20 points midway through the third quarter. He played only four fourth-quarter minutes.
