The Hawks are holding auditions.

With the trade of Kyle Korver, there is an opening for the fourth wing position to play in the regulation with Thabo Sefolosha, Kent Bazemore and Tim Hardaway Jr.

Up for the part are rookies Taurean Prince and DeAndre Bembry and Mike Dunleavy, who was acquired from the Cavaliers in the Korver deal.

In Friday’s 103-101 loss to the Celtics, Prince and Bembry made first-quarter appearances. Bembry played 6:20 and had three rebounds. Prince played 1:42.

Dunleavy played the final 14:51 of the game. He entered late in the third quarter and played the entire fourth quarter. Dunleavy finished with six points, five rebounds and one assist. He hit two fourth-quarter 3-pointers as the Hawks rallied from a 20-point deficit before falling on Isaiah Thomas’ last-second shot.

Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer was asked about the early playing time for the two rookies following the game.

“That fourth wing, we are probably going to give different guys different opportunities,” Budenholzer said. “You have to be ready when you come in as that guy. I think DeAndre in the first half did some good things and helped us.

“When we got down in that big hole, I thought it was a good chance to put Mike Dunleavy in the game and see if we could spread them out and makes some 3’s and cut the deficit.”
