How the game was won: Playing without three starters – Jeff Teague, DeMarre Carroll and Al Horford - the Hawks led by as many as 20 points in the third quarter. The Heat worked their way back into the game and cut their deficit to as few as four points in the fourth quarter. They could get no closer. Paul Millsap scored 22 points to lift the Hawks to their fourth straight win.

Turning point: Paul Millsap hit a corner 3-point with 3:40 remaining to push the Hawks' lead to 10 points, 84-74.

Number: 15. Consecutive shots missed by the Heat to start the second quarter before Mario Chalmers connected on a 3-pointer. The Hawks turned a five-point lead into a 15-point advantage, 31-16, during the stretch.
