For the fifth consecutive season, the Hawks will hold the first three days of training camp on the campus of the University of Georgia. The dates will be Sept. 26-28.

The Hawks have held the opening sessions at Georgia all four years under coach Mike Budenholzer.

This year, the Hawks will hold media day Sept. 25 and then travel for practices at the Coliseum Training Facility. The team typically holds two sessions on each of the first two days and one session on the final day of camp. The media day and training-camp practices are closed to the public.

The Hawks open the exhibition season three days later, on Oct. 1, at the Heat.

This likely will be the final year the Hawks open training camp at Georgia. The organization is building a $50 million practice facility that is scheduled to open in October. The team expects the facility to be completed on time.
