How the game was won: The Celtics are among the NBA's worst teams, but the Hawks' win Tuesday was among their finest this season given how dreadful they were in the first half.

Kyle Korver scored 13 of his 24 in the second half, when Dennis Schroder scored 13 of his 15 as Atlanta overcame a 23-point first-half deficit.

Turning point: After the third quarter started much the way the first half went with Boston scoring a trey, another trey and a deuce to take a 74-52 lead, Korver and the Hawks took off to close the quarter on a 28-11 run. Korver scored 10 in that stretch and Atlanta made 11-of-18 shots to finish the period.

Number: 61.5. The Hawks shot 61.5 percent in the second half (24-for-39) after allowing the Celtics to shoot 61.4 percent (27-for-44) on the way to a 69-50 halftime lead.

Next: The Hawks will pack their bags after a lengthy stay in Atlanta, and hit the road for games at Miami Wednesday and at Brooklyn Friday before returning home for a game Sunday against the Nuggets.
