The Raptors closed to within a game for the top spot in the Eastern Conference with a win over the Magic Sunday.
The Celtics moved up to fifth in the conference with a win over the 76ers. The Hawks, Heat, Celtics and Hornets are all within a game and half from spots 3-6.
The Hawks still sit in third as they host the Wizards Monday night. Their magic number remains eight with 12 games remaining in the regular season.
