Atlanta Dream draft Maite Cazorla in second round

The Atlanta Dream selected Maite Cazorla as the 23rd pick (second round) of the WNBA draft Wednesday night.

Cazorla, a 5-foot-10 guard from Oregon, finished her collegiate career with 1,474 points and 281 rebounds. She averaged 10.1 points per game for her career. In her senior season, she scored 370 points, averaging 9.7 points per game for the 2018-19 season.

She played her final game for Oregon on April 5 against Baylor in the Final Four, in which Oregon lost 72-67.
