Taurean Prince had another strong outing in his NBA Development League game with 20 points on Friday. The Hawks rookie, playing on assignment with the Long Island Nets, added four rebounds and four assists.

The Long Island Nets dropped a 123-104 decision to the visiting Maine Red Claws in a game played at the Barclays Center.

Prince was 7 of 14 from the field, including 0 of 2 from 3-point range, in 31 minutes as a starting forward. In four D-League games, he is averaging 21.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 29.8 minutes.

Mike Scott also played in the game for the Nets. He missed the previous game due to soreness. He finished with eight points, three rebounds and three steals in 22 minutes. He was 3 of 12 from the field, including 1 of 2 from 3-point range.

The Hawks recalled Prince and Scott on Friday night and the two will join the team in Dallas in time for Saturday’s game.
