Watch: Chipper’s new role with Braves

Future Hall of Famer Chipper Jones (who wore No. 10) is taking on a new role with the Braves ... ticket-seller.

In a new spot advertising the new stadium, SunTrust Park, the Braves turned to the popular hitter and dad.

SunTrust Park just had sod installed this weekend. Braves single-game tickets go on sale Friday.

Also with a role in the spot is former Brave favorite Dale Murphy (who wore No. 3). Watch the “3/10” spot here:

The Braves play their first regular season game at SunTrust Park at 7:30 p.m. April 14 against the San Diego Padres. Much of the surrounding development, The Battery Atlanta remains under construction.
