Touki Toussaint will make his major-league debut in Game 1 of Monday’s doubleheader against the Marlins, barring a last-minute injury.

Braves manager Brian Snitker indicated Saturday that the highly-regarded right-hander would pitch in one of the two games. The Braves listed Mike Foltynewicz as the Game 2 starter on the first day of the four-game series at SunTrust Park.

The Braves have yet to announce the move to bring Toussaint up from Triple-A Gwinnett for the start. That won’t come until Monday. Toussaint, 22, is scheduled to face Pablo Lopez in Game 1 at 1:35 p.m. The Marlins have yet to name a starter for Game 2 to face Foltynewicz at 7:35 p.m.

“He is line and ready to go,” Snitker said after the Braves’ 8-7 win over the Brewers Sunday.

The rest of the pitching matchups for the series will be Anibal Sanchez against Trevor Richards on Tuesday and Kevin Gausman against Jose Urena on Wednesday.

The Braves acquired Toussaint in 2015 after he was a first-round draft pick (No. 16 overall) of the Diamondbacks in 2014. He would be another highly-regarded prospect to make his major league debut this season.
