On this date in 2005, the Braves’ Julio Franco hit two home runs in a game against the Reds.

The 46-year-old Franco became the oldest player to hit multiple home runs in a game.

Franco went deep against Cincinnati’s Eric Milton in a game the visiting Braves won 6-1.
