The Gwinnett Stripers, who just wrapped up an 80-win season, will open the Governors’ Cup playoffs on Wednesday. The Stripers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Braves, will host the Columbus (Indians), at 7:05 p.m. at Coolray Field.

The Stripers (80-59), who won the South Division of the International League, have not announced a starter. Bryse Wilson (10-7, 3.42 ERA) was originally scheduled but was recalled by the Braves on Tuesday. Columbus (81-59) won the West Division.

In the other semifinal, Durham (Rays), the wild card, will face the winner of the tiebreaker game between Syracuse (Mets) and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (Yankees) to decide the North Division.

Game 3: Gwinnett at Columbus, Friday, 7:05 p.m.
