How the winning run scored: Joey Terdoslavich's one-out solo home run, his 18th homer of the season, gave the Gwinnett Braves a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning Tuesday night, and the G-Braves held on to defeat visiting Buffalo.

At the plate: G-Braves catcher Todd Pagnozzi was 3-for-4 (all singles) with a run scored and an RBI. Jose Constanza, Phil Gosselin and Sean Kazmar each had two hits for Gwinnett. Gosselin and Kazmar had a double apiece.

On the mound: After three rough outings in his past four appearances, G-Braves starter Yohan Flande (4-6) gave up only two runs in 6 2/3 innings. He allowed seven hits, walked one and struck out three.

Up next for Gwinnett: The G-Braves (35-45) and the Bisons (39-38) are scheduled to meet again at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville. Gwinnett right-hander David Hale (2-3, 4.37 ERA) is scheduled to face righty Thad Weber (2-1, 2.01).
