The Braves’ move to pair Ozzie Albies and Dansby Swanson continues to pay big dividends at the plate for Double-A Mississippi.

In the past three games (before Friday), Albies was 6-for-11 with four runs scored, two RBIs, a triple, two stolen bases and three walks.

Swanson cooled a bit in those three. He was 2-for-8, but also had three walks. He had three RBIs, two doubles and a run scored.

Since Albies was sent to Mississippi on June 30, he is 15-for-32 (.469) with eight runs scored, two doubles, a triple and two RBIs in eight games. Swanson has played in seven games during that stretch (one as the DH) and is 11-for-25 (.440) with five runs scored, two doubles, a triple and four RBIs.

Their totals in the seven games with both in the lineup: .456 (26-for-57), 13 runs scored, four doubles, two triples and six RBIs.

Before Albies was demoted, he hit .248 with two homers and 20 RBIs in 56 games for Triple-A Gwinnett. He had a .307 on-base percentage and struck out 39 times. He began the season at Mississippi and was promoted April 30.

Swanson is hitting .275 in 56 games for Mississippi, with five homers, 29 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He began the season at high Single-A Carolina and hit .333 in 21 games before he was promoted to Double-A on April 30.
