Atlanta United’s Miles Robinson and George Bello are scheduled to compete with the U.S. U-23 team in its training camp later this month.

Robinson, a 23-year-old centerback, has made 52 starts as part of 61 appearances for the Five Stripes since he was drafted in 2017. He has made two appearances with the U.S. men’s national team, eight with the U-20s and two with the U-23s.

Bello, an 18-year-old fullback, made 19 starts as part of 20 appearances in 2020 in his first full season as a starter. He has played or trained with the U.S. youth national teams at numerous levels, including eight appearances with the U-17s.

Both players should return from training camp in time to participate in Atlanta United’s training camp, which is scheduled to start Jan. 25.

U-23 manager Jason Kreis also inquired about midfielder/defender Brooks Lennon, but he isn’t available because he is still rehabbing from offseason surgery.
