FLOWERY BRANCH -- Falcons rookie tight end Kyle Pitts had a breakout game in his most recent outing.

He caught nine passes for 119 yards and a touchdown Oct. 10 in a 27-20 win over the Jets in London. It was Pitts’ first 100-yard game in the NFL and his first touchdown.

Pitts, the fourth overall pick in the draft, has caught 24 of his 36 targets for a 66.7 catch percentage. He is on pace to catch 82 passes for 1,047 yards.

The Falcons throw the ball down the field to Pitts, whose receptions have traveled 235 yards in the air before caught. He has 73 yards after the catch and has amassed 15 first downs.

Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has a 102.5 passer rating on passes when Pitts is targeted.

“I didn’t kind of have expectations,” Pitts said. “Just trying to win every matchup that I get put against.”
