LAS VEGAS — Falcons linebacker Troy Andersen, who’s been slowed by a left knee injury, and backup wide receiver Casey Washington (concussion) were declared out Saturday for Monday’s game against the Raiders.

Safety Jessie Bates III (shoulder), tight end Charlie Woerner (wrist), defensive end Zach Harrison (Achilles) and defensive tackle Ruke Orhorhoro (ankle) fully participated in practice.

Wide receiver Darnell Mooney (foot/not injury related-rest), left tackle Jake Matthews (rest) and right tackle Kaleb McGary (rest) were limited.

Andersen, Washington, defensive tackle David Onyemata (rest) and defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (rest) did not practice.

Orhorhoro was listed as questionable for the game, which is set for 8:30 p.m. Monday at Allegiant Stadium. The Falcons would have to open a spot for the rookie from Clemson, who’s in his 21-day window to return from injured reserve.
