FLOWERY BRANCH — The Falcons signed Phillip Dorsett II to their practice squad Tuesday.
Dorsett was a first-round pick (29th overall) by the Colts in 2015. He has been on six different teams: Colts, Patriots, Seahawks, Jaguars, Texans and Broncos.
