A popular former member of the Braves’ TV broadcast lineup has a new job with a new team.

AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain announced Thursday that Kelsey Wingert will join its telecasts of Colorado Rockies games this season as a sideline reporter.

That’s the same role she held from 2016-19 for Braves telecasts on the regional sports networks then called Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Southeast. Those networks didn’t bring her back for the 2020 season. They have since been renamed Bally Sports South and Bally Sports Southeast.

AT&T SportsNet is scheduled to air 161 Rockies regular-season games this year across the Rocky Mountain region, the network and the team said Thursday. Wingert also will serve as a host on the postgame show and pregame report, the network said.

Shortly after the announcement of her new job in Denver, Wingert tweeted that she was “on a plane headed to spring training” for a broadcast Friday and is “so honored (and) grateful for this opportunity.”
