New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was voted the 20th best player in the NFL last season by fellow players, the NFL Network revealed Monday night.
Kamara, who played at Tennessee in 2015 and 2016, was part of the Saints dual-threat rushing attack with veteran running back Mark Ingram. As a rookie, Kamara earned Offensive Rookie of the Year honors after he rushed for 728 yards and eight touchdowns and caught for 826 yards and five touchdowns.
The former Norcross High School running back was drafted by the Saints in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
