There is a happy update from the sloth that was found clinging to a highway barrier in Ecuador.
In new images posted by the Ecuador Highway Commission, the sloth can be seen frolicking in his new home:
"The world's most famous sloth is happy in its habitat. Thanks to all for your concern."

The department said the photos were "taken the same day the cute sloth was rescued."
The sloth certainly looks more comfortable clinging to a tree than a highway barrier.
