A baby, chosen to represent the Nazi belief of the ideal Aryan baby has been found nearly 80 years later and she's actually Jewish.

Hessy Taft, according to the Telegraph, was only 6 months old when her photo was taken and eventually passed out as Nazi propaganda.

It is believed that her photo, submitted by a Berlin photographer, was selected by Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels and that the photographer knew the little girl was Jewish.  That's why he submitted it, the Raw Story reported.

The photo appeared on the cover of Sonne ins Hause, a Nazi family magazine, as well as postcards Huffington Post reported.

So where is Taft now?  She is a chemistry professor in New York, according to the Telegraph.  She presented a copy of the magazine to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial in Israel.
