Woman, 42, killed in Paulding County wreck

A 42-year-old woman was killed Monday afternoon in a single-vehicle wreck in Paulding County, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

Glenda Buchanan, 42, of a Douglasville address, was traveling westbound on Mulberry Rock Road, near Dallas, around 3:20 p.m. when her vehicle traveled off the roadway, overturned and struck a ditch, Tracey Watson with the GSP said.

Buchanan died at the scene of the wreck, near the intersection with Carl Haley Road. The wreck temporarily blocked traffic in both directions.
