All lanes of Canton Road in Cobb County have reopened to traffic Thursday after a crash caused by a wrong-way driver, officials said.

The driver suffered a seizure and went southbound in the northbound lane, Channel 2 Action News reported. The incident happened near Sandy Plains Road in Marietta.

The driver of the Ford Explorer, who was identified as Will Annen, hit the guard rail and flipped his truck, which eventually returned to its upright position, Channel 2 said. Annen was charged with improper lane change and driving the wrong way, Channel 2 reported.

No injuries were reported.
