Good news: The rain has finally subsided, meaning the weather shouldn’t be a factor in your Tuesday afternoon commute.

Bad news: The vice president of the United States of America will be in town just in time for rush hour.

Joe Biden will visit Morehouse College on Tuesday afternoon to speak about the "It's On Us" campaign, an effort to encourage students to take action to prevent sexual assault on college campuses. Biden's three-college tour began Monday at the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and continued Tuesday at South Carolina's Clemson University before his afternoon stop in Atlanta.

The vice president’s event at Morehouse is scheduled to start at 4:15 p.m. at the college’s Archer Hall Recreational Facility, located at 894 Fair Street SW.

Specifics about Biden’s entry and exit strategies were not released, but rolling road closures are typical.

Biden was last in Atlanta in September, when he spoke at the Ahavath Achim Synagogue in Buckhead.
