Six people were injured Thursday in a car accident in Hall County, authorities said. Three people had significant injuries, one of which was flown to Atlanta Medical Center. The other people were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

The accident occurred at Dawsonville Highway and Lynncliff Drive, Hall County fire spokesman Zachary Brackett said.

The scene is active, and drivers are urged to avoid the area, Brackett said.
