All lanes open after overturned dump truck crash on I-20

A crash involving an overturned dump truck shut down most lanes on I-20 west and led to heavy delays in southwest Atlanta for more than two hours Thursday.
All lanes reopened just after 1 p.m. in a crash that at one point caused delays stretching back to the Downtown Connector, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

The truck spilled dirt and debris on the interstate just past Langhorn Street.
The Atlanta Police Department helped the Georgia State Patrol redirect traffic until the roadway was cleared, Channel 2 Action News reported.
