A stolen car caught fire and led to westbound delays on I-20 Wednesday in Rockdale County.

The incident shut down all lanes on I-20 at West Avenue about 6 a.m., according to the  WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

All lanes reopened just before 7:15 a.m., and traffic cleared by 9 a.m., traffic reporter Mark Arum said.

It was not immediately clear how the car caught fire. No details were released.
