7-vehicle pileup on Downtown Connector clears
An injury crash temporarily shut down the north side of the Downtown Connector in Midtown early Monday.
The scene of a seven-vehicle pileup with injuries has cleared after the accident shut down northbound lanes on the Downtown Connector.
The accident happened at 17th Street early Monday, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center. Lanes started to reopen about 6 a.m., and all lanes opened just before 7 a.m.
Few details about what caused the crash have been released.
