The Department of Watershed Management delivered water to the site for affected businesses and residents who need it” Rukiya Campbell said in a statement.
Just before 2 p.m., a construction crew dropped a tree on the water main, causing water to shoot high in the air on Northside Parkway, according to Channel 2. The water could be seen from nearby I-75.
