The morning commute at Spaghetti Junction was hectic Wednesday due to a crash that impacted two interstates, the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center reported.

The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-285 at I-85 about 6 a.m., the Traffic Center reported.

The cause of the crash is not known. The Traffic Center reported that it resulted in injuries, but the extent of those injuries is not clear.

Authorities temporarily closed all lanes of I-285 and the ramps from I-85 southbound during the investigation. Officials reopened I-285 about 6:30 a.m., and the ramps were reopened shortly after.
