Roger W. Ferguson Jr., president and CEO of TIAA-CREF, will be the keynote speaker for Clark Atlanta University’s 18th annual Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development (LEAD) Week.

This year’s program, “Millennial Myopia: Fusing Generation Y Into the New Corporate Business Setting,” focuses on developing a strong personal brand for attendees to be more competitive in an aggressive and global environment. Nearly 50 representatives from seven companies are expected to participate.

Ferguson will speak at 3 p.m. Friday during a town hall meeting in the Multipurpose Room of the Bishop Cornelius L. Henderson Student Center, 223 James P. Brawley Drive, S.W.
