1. GOVERNOR V. FORMER DEKALB SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER

Monday, the Georgia Supreme Court will hear from attorneys for former DeKalb school board chairman Eugene Walker and Gov. Nathan Deal. Walker contends Deal overstepped his constitutional authority in removing most of the school board from office. The state thinks it has the authority to remove the school board. Legal experts think it'll be a close call.

2. WIKILEAKS TRIAL FOR MANNING BEGINS TODAY

The former Army private faces a charge of aiding the enemy in addition to other accusations after admitting to sending information to the anti-secrecy website.

3. CITY TO VOTE ON CHESHIRE BRIDGE ADULT BUSINESSES

Atlanta City Council is expected to vote today on a proposal that would close adult businesses along Cheshire Bridge Road within five years. Proponents say adult businesses are the reason Cheshire Bridge hasn't flourished like Little Five Points or Virginia-Highland. Residents go so far as to call it Atlanta's 'red light' district. Business owners, developers and real estate firms say the ordinance is unconstitutional and amounts to a property taking. They say the city is reversing its decision to grandfather in those businesses after rezoning a few years ago, a precedent it says undermines the city's credibility on all zoning.

4. PISTORIUS IS BACK IN THE SPOTLIGHT

The double-amputee Olympian is due back in court Tuesday at a hearing before his trial on charges he murdered girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

5. FORMER HAWK MOOKIE BLAYLOCK FACES CRIMINAL CHARGES IN WRECK

Former NBA star and Hawks player Mookie Blaylock will be charged on at least two counts in a car accident that left a woman dead. Blaylock, 46, a fan favorite during the 1990s, will, at the very least, face charges of driving on a suspended license and failing to stay in his lane. Police have not yet been able to talk with Blaylock, who was seriously injured.

6. WHY A WOMAN PRAYED BEFORE KILLING HER FAMILY

Documents obtained by The AP show Susan Hendricks asked her two sons and ex-husband to pray with her for her oldest son before she shot them all.

7. 2 DROWN AS TEMPERATURES CLIMB

Summer is more than two weeks away, but warmer temperatures mean Atlanta-area residents are already enjoying time at pools and lakes. Over the weekend, a 55-year-old woman died after falling from a tube being pulled by a boat and a 2-year-old died in his family's Powder Springs pool.

8. VETERAN STORM CHASERS KILLED BY TORNADO

Three veteran storm chasers died doing what they loved: roaming the Great Plains in search of dangerous storms like the one in Oklahoma that ended their final pursuit.

9. NO END IN SIGHT FOR PROTESTS IN TURKEY

Violence flares in Istanbul between a group of demonstrators and police on the fourth day of demonstrations.

10. ANGELINA JOLIE STEPS BACK INTO THE LIMELIGHT

The actress greets fans at the London premiere of Brad Pitt's "World War Z," her first public appearance since announcing her double mastectomy.
