2. Chanel Inc. is suing a Lithonia businessman 

Chanel Inc. is suing Eric Williams, a Lithonia entrepreneur, for at least $2 million. The luxury chain is claiming Williams is infringing on the company's trademark logo and products through his Haus of Ebon accessories store. Chanel, which has been successful in the past in going after businesses that they feel have violated its trademark, is concerned that the fake products cause confusion and "deceive customers." 3. Bill Hemmer celebrates a decade with Fox News

Bill Hemmer worked at CNN from 1996 to 2003 and is now celebrating a decade at rival Fox News in New York as a midmorning anchor. It's possible that Hemmer is the first on-air broadcaster to work a decade or more at both cable news networks. Read more.

4. Braves first baseman Freeman leaves game with injury

Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman left Monday's game with what could be a right oblique injury.
