A: The contractor began the northbound paving preparation activities the week of April 24, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
All northbound paving activities will be completed this summer by June 30, GDOT spokeswoman Jill Goldberg told Q&A on the News via email.
The I-75 South Metro Express Lanes opened in January 2017.
The reversible toll lanes run 12 miles along I-75, from Ga. 155 (McDonough Road) in Henry County north to Ga. 138 (Stockbridge Highway) in Clayton County.
