Q: Of the 555 measles cases, how many are people who had been vaccinated?
VINCENT JAY, DORAVILLE
A: More than 70 percent of the cases reported to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention were in people who were not vaccinated against measles, a spokesman for the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, told Q&A on the News.
Nearly 20 percent of the cases reported to CDC were in people who did not know whether they had been vaccinated, he wrote in an email.
The 555 measles cases were as of April 11. On Monday, the CDC data showed 626 confirmed individual cases of measles in 22 states.
Q: Where is Jeff Francoeur? Why is he not in the Braves’ broadcast booth anymore?
BRENDA CLARK, NEWNAN
A: Francoeur is Fox Sports South's main in-booth analyst this season, but a network release last month stated former Braves pitcher Tom Glavine will have an "increased presence" as an analyst in 2019 and Joe Simpson also will serve "as in-booth analyst for select games."
Glavine was in the booth for Braves games last week, a Fox Sports South spokesperson told Q&A on the News in an email.
