Q: Who are the UGA senior football players who have or are on schedule to graduate?

A: These players have already graduated: John Atkins, Aulden Bynum, Reggie Carter, Aaron Davis, Brice Ramsey, Cam Nizialek and David Marvin, according to athletic department officials.

These players are scheduled to receive degrees in December: Davin Bellamy, Jeb Blazevich, Trent Frix, Carson Hall, Matthew Herzwurm, Tim Hill, Thomas Swilley and Nizialek (masters).

Georgia, which won its first SEC championship since 2005, will face Oklahoma in a College Football Playoff semifinal in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1.

Q: An article in the Nov. 28 AJC, "Medical examiners seek fingerprint access to identify metro Atlanta dead," explains the reason Fulton County is seeking access to the Georgia Crime Information Center statewide fingerprint database. Why is that access not already available?

A: Medical examiners' offices are not law enforcement agencies, and there are a host of rules and regulations regarding any agency having access to criminal history information, a spokesperson for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation told Q&A on the News.
