Jackson County authorities say they’ve solved the mystery of the missing $230,000 wrecker.

In a statement issued Tuesday, officials with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said a wrecker, believed to have been stolen from Hurricane Mills, Tenn., was found in the Talmo area of their county.

They said their investigation resulted in William Lamar Tumlin, 34, of Jefferson being charged with a felony theft by receiving charge.
