The Hall County Sheriff Office released a sketch of the suspect who allegedly shot a woman and stole her purse in the parking lot of a Lula pottery store on May 23.

The 59-year-old victim described the shooter as a small-framed white woman. She was wearing a brown hat, sunglasses and a dark jacket during the robbery and left the scene in an “older model” compact maroon utility vehicle.

The victim, an employee of Wayne Wilson Pottery, and had just pulled into the parking lot of the shop when the armed suspect approached her, demanded her purse and shot her in the neck, according to a previous Atlanta Journal-Constitution article.

Wayne Wilson Pottery is in Lula, about 65 miles northeast of Atlanta.

The victim’s family has begun a $5,000 reward fund for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
