See John Smoltz's $5.49 million estate

John Smoltz's $7.2 million Milton estate is for sale. What does that money get you? How about a mansion complete with golf course, baseball field, basketball court and stocked lake, among others.

Need enough space to house an entire baseball team? John Smoltz may have exactly what you're looking for.

There's a basketball court, jogging trail and a pond stocked for fishing on the property, too.

"You're going to find an 18-hole golf course, an outdoor living area to include a pool and spa, full-sized football field, baseball field, tennis courts; just about everything you could imagine in a sportsman's paradise," listing agent Alex McGraw of McGraw and Associates told Nelson's News on wsbtv.com.

"We've had the home appraised," McGraw said. "We know what went into it. It's several million dollars under what the home is valued at, what went into building the estate. It's very unique. You won't find another home in metro Atlanta with everything that this has to offer."

The home itself is over 22,000 square feet and includes 10 bedrooms, 10 full-baths and 4 half-baths. The main level and upstairs include many of the living areas. The downstairs, McGraw noted, is all about fun.

It sits on 22 acres and includes some pretty amazing facilities.

"You've got recreation rooms, several bar areas, full-fledged theater, fitness center; it's unbelievable as far as the details are concerned throughout the home," McGraw said.

The former Atlanta Braves pitcher and his wife Kathryn are selling their Milton estate. The asking price was originally $7.2 million, but has been lowered to $5.49 million.
