Atlanta police arrested a second man Monday in the shooting death of a man at a busy Poncey-Highland intersection in October.

Denorris Turner, 51, of Atlanta, was arrested and charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and criminal attempt for the death of 23-year-old Graham Stephen Sisk, according to Officer John Chafee with Atlanta police. Turner was booked into the DeKalb County jail, where he remained without bond late Monday.

Sisk, of Atlanta, was shot several times Oct. 5 as he sat in his car at the intersection of Moreland and Ponce de Leon avenues, according to police. Sisk’s car continued through the intersection before coming to a stop. He died at the scene.

Witnesses told police there was an altercation between Sisk and occupants of a dark pickup truck. On Nov. 16, an arrest warrant was secured for Shaheed K. Huff, 30, according to police. U.S. Marshals took Huff into custody Nov. 27.

Huff was charged with felony murder and aggravated assault and remains in the DeKalb County jail.
