Roswell man, 20, killed in collision with tree

Police Monday were trying to determine what caused a 20-year-old driver to run off a north Fulton County road and hit a tree.

Jonathan Ward Jaros of Roswell was driving a Honda Accord early Sunday when the vehicle ran off Martin Road east of Hillside Drive and struck a tree, Roswell police spokeswoman Lisa Holland said in an emailed statement.

When officers arrived on scene about 4:20 a.m., Jaros was dead, she said.

Holland said the wreck remains under investigation.
