Investigators believe robbery was the motive behind a shooting that killed a 27-year-old Buford man, Gwinnett County police said Sunday.

Marquez Glover was shot multiple times Friday afternoon inside his apartment, located on the 2600 block of Hartford Run, Cpl. Michele Pihera said. Glover's body was found behind the front door when officers arrived around 4:45 p.m., Pihera said.

Investigators found multiple guns inside the apartment, but it was not known if any of them were the one used in the fatal shooting, Pihera said Friday.

On Saturday, Keenan Morey Robinson, 26, of Douglasville, was arrested and charged with murder and armed robbery, according to police. He was being held without bond Sunday in the Gwinnett County jail.

Keenan spent more than four years in prison after a burglary conviction in Douglas County, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was released from Jenkins Correctional Center in March 2014 and is on parole, records showed.
