4 principals appointed

The Gwinnett County Board of Education announced Friday the appointment of four principals. They are: Ricardo Quinn, who moves from assistant principal at Arcado Elementary to principal of Chesney Elementary; Kara Dutton, who goes from assistant principal at Jackson Elementary to principal of Peachtree Elementary; Sarah Skinner, who is elevated from assistant principal at Meadowcreek High to principal of Radloff Middle; Jeff Mathews, who goes from principal of Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology to principal of Peachtree Ridge High. The appointments were made in a called board meeting earlier in the week.
