Police have identified a suspect in the case of missing Alabama college student Aniah Blanchard, according to reports.

Authorities are searching for Ibraheem Yazeed, 30, of Montgomery. He is considered dangerous and potentially armed, according to a City of Auburn Facebook post.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest for the charge of kidnapping in the first degree. The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Taskforce and other agencies are assisting in the manhunt for Yazeed, who is out on bond for kidnapping and attempted murder charges from another jurisdiction.

Blanchard, a Southern Union State Community College student, was last seen Oct. 24. Police later found her damaged car in Montgomery.

Blanchard  is the stepdaughter of UFC heavyweight Walt Harris. The state, president of UFC Dana White, UFC athlete Jon Jones and Ali Abdelaziz, CEO of Dominance MMA, have pledged $105,000 toward finding the 19-year-old, according to Crime Stoppers.

Police are imploring anyone with information about the suspect to contact the Auburn Police Division Detective Section at 334-501-3140 or the anonymous tip line at 334-246-1391.
