East Point police are searching for several suspects who shot and killed a man at an ATM in late November, officials said.

Officers were called to a Wells Fargo ATM along East Point Street on Nov. 26 around 6:30 p.m. regarding a man shot. Police said the man had been struck multiple times. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.

The men fled the scene in a silver vehicle after the shooting, according to authorities.

The victim was identified by his family as Juan Lopez through a GoFundMe campaign created to help with funeral expenses. Lopez was described as a “wonderful father ... great husband and hard-working man.”

The family wrote on the page that his death has impacted them tremendously, especially now that they must celebrate the holidays without him.

“Never in my worst nightmare! Did I ever imagine writing this! They yanked you from my arms! That I still can’t comprehend the horror of this tragedy! No matter how many times I ask millions of questions! I know only you know what happen(ed),” a friend wrote in a Facebook post.
