Police investigating fatal shooting in NW Atlanta

Police were investigating after a man was found shot to death Friday night in a car in northwest Atlanta.

He was shot in the head on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Witnesses told Channel 2 that they saw as many as three people firing into the vehicle before fleeing to a nearby apartment building.

Police are reviewing surveillance video of the area.

No other information was immediately available.
