It’s been almost a year since Deborah Ann Burton was struck and killed in a hit and run as she was walking along a Barrow County road, yet no arrests have been made.
Now, they’re turning to the public again for help.
Around 10 p.m. on July 13, 2013, Burton was walking on Manning Ginn Road toward Ga. 53. A vehicle heading the same direction struck and killed her, police said.
The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol are still looking for the vehicle, which they believe to be a late 80s to 90s General Motors vehicle.
