Will Jerry Jones get the death penalty?
Jerry Jones pleaded guilty to to the January 2004 murders of four people, but he did so without any agreement that prosecutors would not seek his execution.

January 2004: An alert flashes on the Downtown Connector after four people, one an infant, were found shot to death at a mobile home in the Gordon County town of Ranger, and authorities were on the lookout for three children believed abducted. The Gordon County Sheriff's Department activated a 'Levi's Call' for the three children. Murder suspect Jerry Jones was seen driving in a 1991 red or maroon Ford Explorer.
