My Style: Nicole Rose Stillings

Nicole Rose Stillings, 22, who lives in Midtown, just graduated from Emory University with a degree in international relations and sociology.

SIGNATURE STYLE: "Very versatile and intriguing. I like to spark interest."

WHAT SHE'S WEARING: Pink and nude taffeta dress with built-in petticoat, corset and rose detail by Betsey Johnson. Ruffled jacket also by Betsey Johnson. Vintage clutch; hat by Tropical Trends.

STANDOUT FASHION MOMENT: "This semester I discovered how important it is to bring a petticoat back into the wardrobe. I bought one and I've worn it three or four times. Every time it looks different and gets 100 compliments. People don't see people incorporating petticoats into an everyday outfit." Black sequined dress from St. John worn with a petticoat, belt from Arden B., bracelets from Fendi, David Yurman and Club Monaco.

BIGGEST SPLURGE: "A large black Chanel bag with the quilted leather and big C's that I got in August. I thought I was going to be a lawyer, and the woman at Saks told me it was a good lawyer bag . . . but they are timeless." Patent leather boots are from Paris.

BEST FIND: "I recently found a dress by Carmen Marc Valvo [shown] at a vintage store in Little Five Points for, like, $5. It's black and skin tight and extremely '80s with big gold balls everywhere and almost no back." Stillings accessorizes the outfit with a Tory Burch necklace, pink patent-leather purse from Nordstrom, pink/cream shoes by Prada, a gold and black velour belt, and an oversize Movado watch.

A WEAKNESS: "I love dark lipstick by Nars and Yves Saint Laurent. I really have a nice handbag collection, but that's not like buying a tube of lipstick every week. I have a couple dozen lipsticks."

FAVORITE LABELS: "Tory Burch, vintage St. John and Betsey Johnson." Tory Burch black and cream jacket, Tory Burch silk skirt, Tory Burch ballet flats, and silver and black Tory Burch clutch. Christian Dior sunglasses at top.

FAVORITE STORES: "Stefan's Vintage, Neiman Marcus or Saks Fifth Avenue." Vintage flowered dress from Lucky Exchange and Max Rave cropped jean jacket (bought in Prague) accessorized with red pashmina, vintage denim cowboy boots, Gucci sunglasses and Tory Burch canvas day bag.

FASHION PET PEEVE: "Runs in stockings really kill me. Or anything falling apart."

ATLANTA STYLE IS ... "Something you can't describe in one sentence. It is very wide ranging. Everybody is unique, there are so many diverse groups of people living here." Tan eyelet wrap dress by Diane von Furstenberg.
